Anthem Train Ride 2008

Chuga...... Chuga..... Chooo...... Chooooooooooo!!

While my mom and dad where in town for Thanksgiving we decided to take Brooke and Jd & the girls to the Anthem train. We had so much fun. Who would have known that a little 10 min train ride could be such a blast. Brylee decided to really take to my dad as he fed her snickers bars on the whole two train rides haha. Leave it to my good ol' dad to give the kids whatever they want hehe. I can only imagine what it's going to be like when Jason and I have kids and my parents get to take care of them. I got a taste of what my mom and dad are going to be like with grand babies. SPOILT ROTEN!! :) If ya'll have not had a chance to go on the Anthem Train head up our way and enjoy a fun little ride and have fun feeding all the ducks.  Thank's mom and dad for spending Thanksgiving with us and making more memories with us. We miss you and love you so much!!

Arizona State Fair 2008

Ok.....
Well, I don't even know where to begin when it comes to the annual Arizona State Fair It's pretty much like Disneyland for me. I know I know.... I have never been to Disney Land so people get mad when I compare it to that but come on what can I say it's as close as I have gotten to it and I absolutely LOVE it!! They have the Demo derby where you just cant go wrong with sitting with a million people eating fried Twinkies or as some would choose the BIG drum stick that everyone is nibbling at all looking like 2008 cavemen he-he! I cant get enough of all of the show animals! Jason has to pull my teeth to get away from all the animals he always asks why don't I just take you to the Zoo if that's all you want to see is animals my come back is..."You can't pet any of them at the Zoo" I am like a Kid in a candy shop with all of the hundreds of different animals I mean really all the way from you average piggy to the African Zebra & Long neck giraffe. To be honest I really do only go for all the animals and the Indian fried bread and funnel cakes. I can pretty much only go on two rides max before I am about to lose everything I came for ha-ha. But we had so much fun! Thanks to my hubby for making my dreams come true every single year at the annual state fair hahaha!!

Two Thanksgiving pit stops Bemis & Townsend Family Lunch and Dinner

Thanksgiving was great this year... We were so blessed to have my parents come into town for the week and spend Thanksgiving with them. It's been a long time since all the family has been together for the holidays. It was so great having everyone around. We are able to manage to get pretty much ALL of the family in a big family picture that has been needed for years. We went over to my Aunt Toni & Uncle Todd's house around noon. Then we had to fill up there and then go over to Jason's families house and fill up even more. I was just about ready to kill over with all the food that we had. Jason's sister Phelisia and her family from California were able to also come out for Thanksgiving. It was great to visit with everyone.
